Your TranVault account
Your account email and login credential are deleted from Firebase Authentication. You will no longer be able to sign in.
You can permanently delete your TranVault account and everything in your vault at any time. The fastest way is right inside the app. This page also covers exactly what gets removed and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.
If you can still open TranVault, deleting your account takes a few seconds and happens immediately — there is nothing to wait for and no request to file.
In-app deletion is instant and irreversible. As soon as you confirm, your encrypted vault is purged, your account is removed, and you are signed out. There is no recovery window.
Deletion removes everything tied to your account across every system that holds it.
Your account email and login credential are deleted from Firebase Authentication. You will no longer be able to sign in.
Every encrypted envelope you stored — and the cleartext item names and types used for the list — is erased from Cloud Firestore. Nothing is retained.
The device records linking your phones and tablets to your account — used for the device-limit and sync — are removed.
Your tier and entitlement records on the Transcenda License Server (activate.transcenda.io) are cleared.
If you’ve lost access to your device or removed the app, email our support team and we’ll delete your account and all associated data for you.
Requests are processed within 30 days, and we email a confirmation to your account address once the deletion is complete.
TranVault is zero-knowledge: your vault is encrypted on your device and only ciphertext is ever stored. Because no master key exists on any server, once your account and encrypted vault are deleted, the data is gone for good — it cannot be recovered by you or by Transcenda. Please export anything you need before you delete.
